Okay, now everyone wants to save money and sometimes it's easy to find exactly what you want online so instead of using your or your parents credit card ,buy a gift card at your local store because most stores will offer free shipping on your order if it's with a gift card. That $8 dollars might not make much of a difference then but it could be the difference between that new shirt and nothing.
